Charity Event

Xbox_Series_X.webp

We have acquired two brand new Xbox Series X consoles and 2 additional controllers.

We arranged with the famous Father of the OG Xbox Seamus Blackley to have him sign the 2 consoles, and the 2 controllers.

Mr. Blackley will then have Phil Spencer and Larry "Major Nelson" autograph them as well for us to use as a fundraising opportunity.

We would like to have GameStop and Game Informer run the fundraising sweepstakes and auction for free. We would prefer that you have the event last between Idaho Gives (May 2nd-May 5th) and the end of the Summer of Games event. So It would be a 2 month long event.

Should the fundraising be successful we figured the Board could consider the following other opportunities...

Mental Health Accessories Product Charity Line

We have a couple copyright concepts and dummy controller prototypes that could help raise money for charities like our own. Given that GameStop has their own accessory line, we believe creating a similar line but for fundraising would improve the relationships between GameStop and other organizations. The design is based on the controller with the heart in it.

Anti-Bullying Game Development Division

You sell games, and have your own 3rd party accessory line for systems. Given that you are now crossing into PC territory, the next possible market is game development.

As such, our primary mission is to combat bullying using a custom-made educational video game that rewards students.

We would like you to consider sponsoring the development costs of a prototype made by a co-operative group of organizations that wish to assist us.

The only thing preventing us from working with the groups already, is a source of funding. We could have most of our development locally and work with the organizations that have experience creating educational games.
